Shipping fees are non-refundable, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. People’s Thrift is owned and operated by Somerton Creative.
Shipping Policy - the basics
People’s Thrift ships across Canada using flat-rate, affordable shipping from our home base in Toronto. We do not currently ship to the territories, the U.S., or internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed within 1 business day, with standard delivery taking approximately 2–6 business days after dispatch. Toronto orders typically arrive within 2 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping to PO boxes
Please note, shipping to PO boxes may be subject to additional shipping fees. We will reach out to you before an order ships to let you know if additional shipping will apply. If you do not wish to proceed, we will offer a full refund on the order.
