By placing an order through our platform, you acknowledge and accept our flat-rate shipping terms, delivery timelines, and limited service area. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. People’s Thrift is owned and operated by Somerton Creative.
Shipping Policy - the basics
People’s Thrift ships across Canada using flat-rate, affordable shipping from our home base in Toronto. We do not currently ship to the territories, the U.S., or internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed within 1 business day, with standard delivery taking approximately 2–6 business days after dispatch. Toronto orders typically arrive within 2 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping to PO boxes
Please note, our standard delivery service does not ship to PO boxes. If you place an order using a PO box address, we will contact you to either provide a revised shipping rate, update the delivery address, or offer to cancel your order.

Shipping is charged once per order—so whether you buy one item or several, you pay just one flat fee.
